This retreat is for lovers of the 26&2 series. It is designed to satisfy those who would like the intensity of a “boot camp” immersion. At the same time, all sessions are optional and those who prefer a relaxed retreat experience are welcome and encouraged. 1-2 daily 26&2 classes will be offered in addition to other sessions such as yin yoga, the e84 Intermediate class, Jedi Training, and posture clinics.

INCLUDED

  • 7 nights accommodation at the D’Alijo Yoga Retreat Center
  • 1-2 daily 26&2 classes, and some days the e84 Intermediate class, yin yoga, etc.
  • 26&2 posture clinic sessions, where we will break down the postures in detail
  • Daily light breakfast, lunch, dinner and green juice
  • All yoga mats and towels, plus yoga wear washing
  • Assistance arranging airport transfers (not included in accommodation cost)

  • Transportation to D’Alijo from the airport, however we can arrange this for you

YOGA INFO

1-2 daily 26&2 classes will be offered at this retreat in addition to other sessions such as yin yoga, the e84 Intermediate class, Jedi training, and posture clinics. D’Alijo has a purpose built hot room with mirrors, humidity- the works!

ACCOMMODATION

All rooms are just a few minutes walk to the yoga room. D’Alijo Yoga Retreat Center is situated on three hectares of rolling hills and terraced land, complete with an olive grove. D’Alijo consists of a main house with five bedrooms, five wooden chalet style rooms with outdoor verandas, three deluxe chalets, and a custom built hot room. There is a heated swimming pool, water features, and hiking trails onsite. It is truly a retreat into nature.

ACTIVITIES

Nearby activities include visiting an adventure park, scenic village, or spending the day in Porto. These excursions are kept optional due to the fact that many people prefer to come and simply retreat into nature at D’Alijo, but can be arranged based on group interest at an extra cost. There are numerous hiking trails leaving from D’Alijo, one of which leads to a swimming hole. Or, enjoy the onsite pool! Massages and other bodywork treatments are available at an extra cost.

FOOD

Daily light breakfast, brunch, and dinner is included as well as daily green juice. D’Alijo Retreat Centre is a 100% vegetarian property which can accommodate any dietary restrictions if communicated in advance. Expect healthy, vibrant meals using local ingredients!

TRANSPORT

Arriving
Book your flight into the Porto Airport (OPO.) Shuttles can be arranged to D’Alijo Retreat Centre from OPO anytime after 1:30pm on April 18th, or you may choose to rent a car, as rentals are inexpensive in Portugal.

Departing
Shuttles can be arranged to OPO as early on the 25th as needed. The latest shuttle option will be at 11am.

If you choose to take a shuttle, you will be buddied up with others in the group when possible.

The prices listed for this retreat are in Euros. However, this website collects payments in USD. To secure your spot, please submit a $300 USD deposit. Your deposit will be converted to EUR according to the exchange rate on the day it was received.
