Jedi Fight Club training was created by my mentor, Esak Garcia. After many years of attending this training as a student, I began to lead JFC in 2019. It is a privilege to lead these trainings, and it’s important to me to return over and over as a student. Happily, there is no graduating from this training- we all simply keep leveling up together. I encourage you to check out the Jedi Fight Club home page here!
Sometimes Jedi Fight Club gets together at a yoga studio, and other times we travel to a destination to train. A full JFC training is a week long, or you can attend a 2-3 day intro weekend.
We practice class 1-2 times per day as well as learn techniques to become stronger, more flexible, and more empowered in our mind and body. We practice taking responsibility for our experience. With time, this attitude combined with the physical exercises creates astonishing change in those who choose to dedicate themselves consistently.
At Jedi Fight Club training, we move as a team and support each other through the challenge of doing something difficult. These trainings are a phenomenal balance of deep inner work combined with meaningful connection and interaction with our fellow Jedis.
You do not need to have any special yoga skills in order to join, but the idea of practicing yoga for most of the day should feel exciting to you. In other words, this is not a yoga retreat, rather it is a yoga adventure for those who crave a challenge!
