Private Classes

In a private lesson, we take a personalized look at your yoga goals and make a plan on how to move forward. We adjust technique to suit your unique anatomy and history, and practice exercises tailored for you to create greater strength, balance, and flexibility. Students leave a private lesson with a recording of the session and a personalized “homework” list of items to work on to continue the work we did together.

Privates are a great way to learn how to address injuries/imbalances in an intelligent way, and they are also useful for practitioners who simply want to deepen their practice with an experienced guide. 

Privates take place on Zoom unless we happen to cross paths in-person!
